The recently announced Australian Business Awards have bestowed Securexchange with a win in the Process Improvement category. This award recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate excellence in business process improvement.
This win tops off an outstanding year for Securexchange, who in April launched a sleuth of new features which support collaboration and transparency across a property transaction, ultimately optimising the way professionals operate.
Lee Bailie, Head of Property at InfoTrack was elated by the accolade. “We observed there were significant delays between real estate agents, their clients and lawyers and conveyancers throughout a property transaction. It appeared agents were spending too much time trying to manage multiple property offers and communicating this to legal representatives. Whilst this time-consuming process was happening, we also identified that the communication between an agent and buyer was often being conducted through inefficient means. What we decided to do was to enhance our existing platform, so that all stakeholders within a property transaction could effectively communicate within the one space, making the process more efficient and secure. This award win is extremely rewarding, as it reflects the hard work that the Securexchange team have put in to improving the overall process for all stakeholders.”
